A professional web application for seamless warehouse inventory monitoring, integrating third-party APIs for real-time stock management.
Project Challenge: OPS Saefulaskar was created to solve the inefficiency and lack of visibility in multi-warehouse inventory management. Before this platform, stock data was fragmented across different systems, requiring manual reconciliation that often led to inaccurate reporting, delays, and operational confusion. The goal was to integrate third-party APIs and warehouse scanners into a single dashboard capable of providing real-time stock monitoring, discrepancy alerts, and historical tracking. This project’s main challenge was ensuring synchronization between multiple data sources and maintaining accurate updates while keeping the user experience simple and reliable for warehouse operators. And also generate barcode for the incoming stock parts.
Steps:- Sign in and select a warehouse.
- Connect marketplaces/WMS via API keys.
- Scan or search SKU to view live stock & movement.
- Create cycle count; reconcile discrepancies.
- Review alerts & export reports for finance/ops.
- Printing barcoded for tracking all incoming stock parts.
- Extract data automatically from uploaded PDF documents using Gemini AI.
Tech / Framework:- Next.js (App Router) + TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui
- tRPC/ Server Actions
- NextAuth
- PostgreSQL + PrismaORM
- Supabase
- Google Gemini AI
Achievement:I designed and developed the entire architecture, handling both frontend and backend. reduce human error in stockopname session by 80%, monitoring all stock in one place boost productivities up to 70% by skipping manual check, implemented real-time synchronization using external APIs, creating barcode generator for tracking each parts in warehouse, integrated Gemini AI for automated PDF data extraction, audit logs, and CI/CD setup to ensure stable and scalable performance across multiple warehouses. And also make sure the apps works fine in every device.
