Project Challenge:
Psikotes App was created to digitize psychometric testing for HR departments. Traditional paper-based assessments were slow and error-prone. The challenge was to build a platform that allowed HR teams to create, manage, and analyze tests securely while providing instant scoring and analytics. The solution reduced manual workload and improved data accuracy during candidate evaluation.

  • HR creates a test from templates.
  • Invite candidates via link.
  • Candidates take timed tests.
  • System scores automatically.
  • HR reviews results and exports PDF/CSV.

Achievement:
I developed the full testing engine including question creation, and timed sessions. I also implemented data visualization for HR analytics and built export functions for results.
