A robust platform empowering business owners to efficiently manage and monitor multiple stores in real time, providing comprehensive tools for seamless operations and insightful analytics.
Project Challenge: Pesen.id was (SAAS) web developed to empower business owners to manage multiple stores and track real-time orders, payments, and analytics. Managing several branches and transaction reports across stores was tedious and error-prone. The challenge was to build a centralized dashboard that unified store operations, product listings, and payment integration. The system streamlined multi-tenant management while maintaining robust security and scalability.
Steps:- Create organization and store(s).
- Add products, stock, and pricing.
- Generate QR code for user table orders.
- Manage each store, see reports, statistic, and growth.
- Handling crew in each store.

Achievement:I managing frontend development, creating the multi-store architecture and payment integrations with Xendit. I built dashboard admin, creating qr generator, promos feature, store crew management, and optimized server actions for smooth synchronization. Boosts business owner productivity in multi-store operations by up to 80%. Making their life much easier.
